The Bishop’s Annual Stewardship Appeal at a Glance
The Bishop’s Annual Stewardship Appeal asks Catholics to make an additional gift beyond what they give to their parish to help fund three specific areas of need that impact thousands of people through the 17-county diocese. The appeal helps fund the education of seminarians, the ministries of Catholic Charities and support for five Catholic schools that are assisted by the diocese.

Bishop Felipe J. Estévez is inviting participation with a video (see above) that will be shared at all Masses the weekend of February 9-10 and a brochure mailed in advance of the video to all registered parishioners. Pledge cards will be distributed at Mass. Parishioners will be asked to fill them out and place them in the collection basket at Mass. Gifts can be made in a lump sum or installments over six months from February to August.
