Confirmation

Sacrament of Confirmation¬†–¬†Confirmation is a Catholic sacrament of mature Christian commitment and a deepening of baptismal gifts. Like Baptism and Eucharist, it is a Sacrament of Initiation for Catholics and a Sacrament of faith in God’s fidelity to us.

If you are an adult who is not a Roman Catholic, and if you are interested in more information about becoming a Roman Catholic, you should know that the Church sponsors a program called the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. This is a process through which an adult is Baptized, Confirmed and receives Eucharist in the Catholic Church. For more information about this Rite, call Mrs. Jan Bolota at the Parish Rectory (386)445-2246 ext. 112 . Calling for information in no way obligates the caller. In fact, the process itself is deliberately structured to allow one to inquire about the Church and to proceed only if he or she is comfortable with such a decision and wishes to do so.
